I have a Novatech Discretion patio door and the slider to open and close the blinds is damaged. I'm having a difficult time getting through to Novatech for assistance. The locking latch lever on my Jeld-Wen patio door handle broke and it is not under warranty anymore. JW was not much help in finding a replacement.
