The plastic part holding the wheel in broke off. If I need to replace the whole piece, how do I get it off the door? It is not screwed on, just held in place by all the metal prongs. I can't figure out how to remove it to replace it.

I am looking for a pin cap like your 21-100 but the largest part measures 1 ". Can you find such a thing? If the cap is smaller than 1". I t won't stay in the track.
