One of the bottom guides is broken on our sliding closet doors. They are stamped RAMTRAK ?!? Assuming the door must be removed for the broken one to be replaced? Any idea on a suitable replacement part?

The sliding closet door were taken off to add a shelf inside the closet and repaint, and when we went to put the doors back on, the rollers won't stay on the track. I don't understand why they won't. (we're older)

Returning Item# 23-095 as they are too large. I am looking for (2) mirror door assembly rollers that are approximately 1 1/4" in diameter and have a groove in the roller that glides on the track of the closet door. we ordered a door track from Swisco, and the track is not wide enough for the wheel on our mirrored closet door. Attached are pictures of the existing door track and one of the wheels. Need help in getting the right part

The doors we have are mahogany finished wooden doors with beveled mirrors. Will the replacement parts fit on a wooden door ? Please advise.

Hello, I was referred to you for a part on our Stanley Monarch mirror sliding doors series 329 Medallion door. Please see attached the part we have on 3 wheels but missing 4th part so sliding door was very difficult to slide now we know why.

Please see the attached picture. The part says "U.S. PAT. 4850145." The part is at least twenty years old. I need to buy two of these to restore my sliding door to its former glory. Thank you.

I have mirrored doors that are not staying in the track. The bottom sliding door mechanism has no visible roller. I also don't see a way to remove it? No screws ?? And doesn't seem to snap off. Will your 23-209 Bypass Floor Guide work on my 2 doors that are 1-5/8 in. thick? If I set it at 1-3/4 in., this would provide 1/16 in. space on each side of each door
