No markings on hinge. Almost 40 years old and springs are breaking. Installed on Aristocrat cabinets when house was built.

I am looking for a replacement hinge for the GRASS 830-40. My handyman took the removed hinge with him in search of a replacemdent at Lowe's or Home Depot, so I only have these photos of the hinge installed.

I don't have the part number but looking at the pics on your company website for hinges I think these 2 part number would fit what I need (Product Code: 32-345 and 32-353. Does part 32-146 have two dowels or pegs on the back, that fits into holes in the back? I'm looking for a backpltae / rear socket that looks exactly like the picture in the pot above?
