Looking for these brackets for a cabinet drawer

I need to replace 4 sliders with ball bearings for a Diva 7 drawer dresser and Diva 2 drawer nightstand. The measurement for the slider is 11 13/16" W x 1 3/4" D. Yes, I am looking for drawer slide sockets. They were originally from Knape and Vogt and I used to be able to find replacements on Amazon, but I've not been able to find them now. Trying to find 2 replacement clips for this drawer slide (I assume it's 'euro style'?) to keep from having to redo the cabinets. looks right but picture appears to show some type of flange on the backside... mine is completely flat that goes directly to the drawer... plus mine is used for a top guide rail, not bottom
