Looking for a replacement hinge for kitchen cabinet: Melpa 140 M flat part# 346 290 54/00, hinge part# 502 322 09 00. Over 20 yrs old.

Folks, I would he happy if I could find the brackets to replace the ones broken in my Haas Kitchen Cabinets. I have attached three photos above. This is the Kraftmaid plastic bracket for a roll out. You may notice that the part is broken. The part was likely manufactured ~2005 based upon when we think the cabinet was installed by previous homeowner. Kraftmaid doesn't make the part anymore.
