The bracket on back wall of upper slide broke. Not sure how to get it out. Also need several new ones since we have had this happen before. The Item Code from Superior Cabinet and Window in Park Forest from a 2010 invoice was MDSL24. Any info would be appreciated.

Just got part 32-115 in and turns out they are going the wrong direction. Do you have something similar but holes are top to bottom but the slide going 90 degrees from where these are facing?

We are unable to locate part numbers or the make of the cabinets. The piece we need is approximately 1 and 3/4 inches long. The plastic piece supports the cabinet glide. If you have this piece we would like to order 4 of them.
