The nylon piece that's hanging from the neo angled top shower rail is a piece that we need as well as the other nail or screws for that rail. I don't know if this is the original piece or something that was used for the door to function. I also need attachment for the bottom rail.Thank youL. ... (cont.)

Hello, we have very heavy glass doors in a shower and one of the rollers lost the bearings (see attached picture). The glass is 1/4" glass and the current roller are 4" wide and 1 3/4" high (see pictures). Please let me know what additional info or pictures you need.

I am missing the parts/ clips that hold a stationary curved glass panel in place. This is an older shower in a home I just bought most likely the shower was purchased at Lowes.

Looking for door seals for Neo Angle Kohler Shower. Kohler says they are discontinued. Part numbers are 938008(door seal -SH, -BH) and/or 938002 (door seal -0)

I just purchased the vinyl T sweep 10-321. the measurements are good but the "T" on the top is too small. It slips out of the groove. Do you have one with a larger "T"? Where can I find one? How can I work around this?Very frustratingThank youMary
