Have a 27" chrome shower door, the gutter screws on with 4 screws starting about 1 1/2" in. I know I can hacksaw to size, how many screw cut outs do yours have and in what locations? Will you cut out screws holes if I give you the location?

The rollers on the top of my shower seem to be about 21mm in diameter. The track opening measures 23.74mm, so if your rollers are 15/16 in, they seem like they might be too large to fit inside the track. The bottom track opening seems to be about 20.96mm. The glass door is called King Glass king glass ANSI Z97.1-1984 but no markings on the broken roller

I haven't heard anything in particular from customers who contact us. What problem are you running into, exactly? Could it be these aren't what you had installed originally?

The metal drip plate attaches with 4 screws and measures 27 and 5/8 inches end to end, but 26 5/8 to the notch that was cut out by the installers. The metal part is fine. The bottom piece, roller guide, 10-062,'10-063 broke and I was able to replace it with the two pieces I bought. But now the upper fixture on top is a little worn and doesn't allow the bottom piece to snug up enough to catch. I want to replace both pieces that glide along the top. Thanks ... (cont.)

Hello, One of the rollers to my Maax shower enclosure has broken. The metal bracket has snapped. Doors are curved glass, roller held in place with one bolt that passes through single hole in glass. Shower door wheel with hardware..it is screwed in with 2 screws on the top of the shower door and it hangs in the track.

This part is the bottom shower door guide pictured as front and back. The back is pictured with the vanity cover removed. Do you have anything like this? Charles

Your part #10-071 top rail, bottom rail could not find part # I'm looking for replacement parts for my bathroom door to my 2009 Dutchmen Express by Thor\ Four Winds.

I just replaced the top one from a part from your factory with the number 10-058. I received two rollers (one for the top and one for the bottom) but the bottom one on my shower door does not have rollers but "hooks" like the picture I sent you, although the hook is broken off.

Can you help me identify these items? They are spring loaded hooks from the bottom of the sliding shower door.
