3 Different profiles top sash is one size and the bottom is the others. Not sure the name of the windows but thinking maybe made by Moss. Any help will be great. Thanks Matt

Need help locating all the following parts in the picture as well as any parts associated with these.

Im having trouble unlocking my sliding door. The mortise lock gets stuck nor can I open it with the key. I have to uninstal the handles and use a flat screw driver to un lock it. Here are pictures of the handles i have now ande hardware. Do you'll have anything so i can replace what i have? ... (cont.)

Need to replace the channel balance stamped 1820. Believe the top/bottom plastic pieces match model S370 but not sure about the option 1710-1750, since mine have 1820 stamp. Balance is 18" long with 1/2" width.

I purchased the mortise lock (item 82-243) in this pic. (below) but the latch itself doesn't seem to extend as far as my original lock (above) so it doesn't catch the strike. All other dimensions seem the same. Is there a different model I should be using instead?

Hi - I've had my Stanley ("The Stanley Works") mirror closet doors approx 15 years and the bottom track on my 36 inch wide one is irreparably warped now. The 800 number on the door is not Stanley anymore. Please help!?

I have a guest with a sliding glass door problem . The locking mechanism is jammed up and won't extend the lever to lock itself in place. I don't have much information on the door itself other then a couple of photos.

Have aluminum frame crank windows, seals are brittle and need to replace. 5 sets of 4 windows, about 16lf seal needed for each, about 90lf total.Seal images attached. Is there a replacement? Thanks

I bought the Legacy 82-086 for my rental unit. I cut the inside lever and the outside lock lever to fit the door thickness, but the holes don't line up. I wanted to knock out the second hole in the handle but a rep at the help desk said that won't work with my lock. And I can't return the handle ... (cont.)

I have Keller windows but I'm afraid your top sash guides don't match as muchh as I'd like. yours are centered, whereas mine are off-centered. WIll that still work?
