Imprint says BSI 27-30 then maybe 06. It is shown in the pictures. Also the bottom end has side tabs.

I have a guardian sliding glass door. The handle here I know is incorrect and we have had many smashed fingers with it. Is there a handle you suggest to replace it with?

Looks like everything matches the Encore Sill Operator 39-239B but I could not find one that matched that was not a sill mount. Mount is different as you can see, I don't have the 3 holes in a row my holes are 3 but in triangle shape.

I do not have them in front of me. My husband is on a job and asked that I help him try and locate replacements. If you tell me where to find a number I can call him. I see Truth on one piece.

Nothing on the windows as far as stamps or labels

This is from the bottom crank of a large casement window. Hinged on the right from the outside.The hardware says ROTO, with the part # HG04 2017U, 2004U.Do you carry this?

I believe this is the balance assembly for my Simonton Reflections window. The plastic is broken and needs replacement. Could you please identify for me , so I can order a few replacements. Thank you Dan

We are having trouble finding replacement rollers for several of our screen doors. If you are looking at the picture I sent, I believe the dimensions are 2 1/4" long (across the top), 1" high, 1/2" deep, with a 1 1/8" wheel.

I need to replace the top and middle balance parts and coils.
