Do you have this part? I need left and right latches for Lockheed windows.

Do you have a lock that we can replace this with. The lock doesn't work properly. The lock is 12 inches from top screw to bottom screw. The whole mortise assembly is 12 1/2 inches. It is 1" wide and 1 1/2" deep.

I can't find any numbers on the part I have removed. It looks like the spring snapped. Some is on the lower part in the window and some is on the piece I took out. This happened on both sides of the window. Can you help? Thank you so much, Terri

Looking for the window tilt

I need four replacement rollers and screws for window that is 23 inches wide and 45 inches tall. Each roller is held by one screw. Current rollers are plastic with metal roller.
