Please identify this pivot shoe,. It is for a 5/8 19" Series 600 Spiral Tilt window Balance in 40 year old aluminum porch window. All the windows will not stay in place due to broken shoes. Thanks. Oliver

Looking for replacement vinyl window exterior vent. Windows were on a new build (at the time) tilt windows installed in 2004. Many have dry rotted an crumbled over time from UV exposure.

looking for replacement for these Norco screen door rollers. door was installed around 2004-2005. This picture is the "cartridge" that slides into a plastic housing.

The window channel balance has a length of 26" without the end parts, stamp 25-5. Though I am not sure which series is it..

These are the parts that slide the window up and down. There is a marking - 2030L BSI I think the windows are milgard. I have several windows of different sizes that also need this part replaced. Thank you so much!

We are missing the part of the sliding door that the lock/handle latches on to. In the attached pictures, doorlatch1.jpg, is where the part is missing (it was lost during construction). This door is about 9 years old. On the slider side where the lock is, the measurement height is exactly 12in. ... (cont.)

I order a sash cam but it was the one I needed I guess. It fits the window but doesn't line up on the balance
