In the past we have replaced broken split arms with either 39-329 or 39-330. Worked great! We are having issues with the upper brackets now. Will the 36-048 hinge set work here?

We have an 8 year old house with SIlverline Windows (#8002344228). The lock handle snapped off the pivot point and I need another lock. The holes are 2 1/16" apart on the main body and the set back is 11/16". The problem I'm having is finding a catch that is 1/4" deep.

I have seen your answer here: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Pella-sash-pivot-77-91464 and I know I probably need that same replacement part- but what do people do? drill a hole in the window to accomodate the different part? What do you suggest?

Markings on sash balance: 1820 B.S.I. V

I believe the window brand is General Aluminum based on the "GA" marking on the window. One part is the pivot bar and the other one is the tilt latch. I can't find any place that has any stock of those parts.
