The Channel Balances I have are like none I have seen on the internet. Mine look all plastic with a spring inside. The white plastic piece that the 2 springs are in are 32 1/2 inches long and 3 3/8 wide and look like one piece. Thanks for looking

I need 2 left cranks and 2 right cranks. The one in the photo is #45251. Don't know if it is right or left. Anyway, our casement window cranks are blown out. That is 2 for right and 2 for left. Do you make a replacement part for a 2002 Gorell casement window operator?

The metal horseshoe piece that receives the window post is broken. The spring seems fine and I believe it can be reused, but I need a replacement for the pivot shoe. Also I included a photo of the sticker inside the window if that is helpful.

Looking for replacement coils. Each window has two coils on each side. Only the coils are broken. Simonton windows. The sticker on the window says 705651/04. 35.5000 59.5000 DMSH. The coils say #5.5 37" PAT5232208. The coils are .5 inch wide. I have attached photos of the parts.
