Hi, No idea about the name of the manufacturer. Storm door is about 16 years old. The sweep is like a squared u channel; 2.5 inches tall with .5 inch wide at the bottom. The rubber us a fixed to this part and can't be replaced. Need the whole part. Any ideas?

I think I need what may be called a coil balance. Based on the attached photo, there appears to be a coil broken which doesn't exist when I examine a working window. I'm not sure the proper way to identify the correct balance I may need... appreciate any assistance.
