Hi. I busted this part on my window. This item clicks on the orange button in two positions to prevent/allow the window from fully opening.

I have a boman kemp egress window and in that picture it shows the clips that are on top, bottom and both sides of the window to hold the window in but I can't seem to find anything exactly like them because mine were broken off when my friend tried opening the window

Hello, i recently ordered item 82-081. It appears the screws are not long enough to fit the width of my door. Its so close, only 1/4-1/2 inch away. The rest of the handle fits my door its just the M4-40 machine screws. Can i go to hardware store and get these screws? Any help with this would be much ... (cont.)

I would need 4 of these balance parts and also need to know to put them back in the window.

The handle broke and I deposited the latch into the door lol when I tried to remove the old one. The pictures are from another door that is currently functioning properly. I need a new latch and handle. The current latch in the good door has WIPI etched onto it. What are my options? Thank you ... (cont.)
