Moved into a place that had crank windows. Almost all of them didnt work. You'd turn the crank and nothing would happen. Others would open a little then start slipping. What would cause this to happen?

Need replacements for Caldwell PN: 26-4 GK non-tilting block and tackle window balance. Length of metal is 27" and the channel is 1/2" wide. Bottom shoe is 1 3/32" depth and top shoe is 1 1/2" depth, and both shoes have "wings".

Looking for a replacement for this guy. The windows have two latches, this one locks to the right, the other locks to the left. There is an L imprinted on the latch mechanism. I believe it's 2 1/16" hole to hole and 11/16" backset

I need to replace the IWC handle for my sliding door window. It is possible to order this part. A photo is attached. How easy is it to replace the handle? The handle has key lock on the outside to lock the sliding window door.

I need some channel balances for my windows. Attached are photos. It is stamped 630 and 198 TD.

The stripping slides into a track within the bottom sash and is 3/16" in width. U don't have a manufacturer name of the window because there's nothing written on them - ANYWHERE! Do you sell this product?
