I have a window(~30yrs old)where the channel balances are completely gone. Information I was able to find: Mfg Code: PS-1; DH-R30 Series 1500/1580/1900/1980 MST 4060 from a label. The pully system in almost all of my windows have fallen apart. I have included a picture of one that is still intact in addition to the sticker that is on the window. Any assistance you can give is greatly appreciated.Charlene

I dont see any part #'s on the window or guides I noticed my window was not shut all the way when I opened it the bar fell & the window wont close & lock now.

I recently bought one of your 39-095 Andersen operators(1518969). But the arm is too long. At 9-3/8" it's just a little too long. Do you have one that's 8-3/8"?
