Unfortunately I don't see any markings of any sort. It consists of a 13" long spring with a 27 5/16"hollow plastic rod running down the center. Hi, I have a window that has the 2 springs broken on each side, I was able to pull the white housing out of the sash, I attached a picture with it. The window weighs 13.5 Lbs. Can you advice which balances I need to fix the window? Thank you. Cris

I think i need some balancing shoes for this MGM window. It will not stay up. Also need a lock for one of them. This is a double hung window was installed about 18 years ago.

Stamped with 27B and also stamped with OL BSI

The lock isn't working. When you go to lock it the latch will not go up and down.

Storm window won't stay open, I think coil in broken from top piece. I don't have a cut out in frame to remove the coil, I will have to cut it.
