Can i just replace the PLASTIC that goes around the roller itself, or do i have to replace the entire roller?

Hi Folks, the existing rollers measure .750 X 3.075 and have 1.250 Dia rollers. I did order the Swisco part # 81-138. They do not fit into the channel, the rivit hinge is wader then .750. I'm looking at the series 795 chart. Is that the correct chart? Sash weighs essentially exactly 30 lbs. That is a dividing line on the 795 chart. I'm assuming that I move up in weight?
