I ordered one of these last Fall and need another one. This crank is for a left side window that opens out.

I have a tilt-out replacement window that needs the plastic piece that holds the spiral balance. Is it possible to just get two of those plastic pieces? Jean

hi, i am looking for replacement hardware for a pre 1999 Marvin single french door. it was called trimco Mortise lock multipoint. I dont have a pic to send but could get if needed.

This part comes up as a dual arm SWISCO #39-032 & 39-031 respective, which I have received delivery. Obviously, what I needed is a single arm w/ an "elbow". I'm hoping pc 82-085 is what I'm looking for but I also want to confirm the width of the latch. Dimensions of my broken latch are 6-5/8" length and 1" width. Please confirm the pc 82-085 will replace my broken latch. Thank you.
