The locking mechanism looks like simonton based on part number 90-077C. I also need two pivot bars pictured. I've searched your catalog and couldn't match up perfectly. Any help is greatly appreciated

These are MW Vinyl, singlehung windows approx 15-20 years old. The balances are all bad in 2 window units. Balances are 25.25" total length and approx 24" if you omit the shoe pivot from that.
