I am looking for a white metal replacement arm and black plastic connector. These came with Milgard casement windows c. 2010. The handle had begun to spin without operating the window; when I disassembled the arm I saw that the plastic piece had become stripped.

There are two coiled springs and two holders found approximately one half way up the left and right sides of the window sashes. Each coiled spring appear to be broken. Photos show lockset from a Herbst LaPar storm door that has a broken inside latch. Will the 40-145 set work? I see you recommended the 40-177 to another inquiry, but would prefer the antique bronze finish if the 40-145 would work. Are the locksets metal? Thanks!

both pivot shoes are broken. there is no model number on the window but it is a larger window. the total dimensions of the frame are 62"x41" which window shoe do i need?
