Hi I currently have two wooden windows with balances that say 34TG and 35TG on them. Do you have a part that would be able to substitute for these as I don't know the name of the company of the windows

We can't figure out who our window manufacture is but we believe the hardware is made by Truth Hardware. We need replacement cranks and handles. Please see pictures attached. Thanks for your help! Christie

Had the numbers 98 31 on one side

Handle has part number N17267 KBC 1 under ceramic porcelain. Mounting holes are 3" apart. Ceramic porcelain has small brown speckles covering. Would I be able to just get ceramic porcelain? Thank you for your time.

I measured from steel end to steel end 30 inches. The plastic hardware is the same as the 29" series 385 channel balance. The number stamped into the bar reads 29 9 BSI RK. I would like to order this part from you. My name is Shon Murray. Thank you!

The windows in question were installed circa 1980. They have no counter balance device. They will free fall when unlocked and easily break anything on their way down. This doesn't have any numbers.Apparently the manufacturer isnt around anymore. There is a top and bottom slide bolt that has corresponding strikes on the jamb. Similar to a Pella slide bolt. Thanks for your time. Thomas
