I think I need a 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Option 2630. The metal channel, not including the plactic ends, measures 27" in length. The numbers on the metal are: 26 3 JU CMC 2. Please see attached pictures of the ends. Please let me know what channel balance I need to order.

Rollers seem to be missing from patio door. The door does open and close smoothly, but is beginning to need a little more force. I don't remember the door ever having rollers.
