Hello, Can you suggest a replacement part for this crank. The worm gear wants to back out when trying to close the windowand the cog looks stripped. The swing arm is approximately 9 1/2 inches long. Thank you . Stan

The metal clips that hold the balancer top that pop in and out

Hi, I've got a '99 vintage Simonton vinyl window with a broken coil balancer. One coil has a 4 and the other has a 3. Can you please help identify which part would make a good replacment? Thanks, Tom

Hello, Our interior window latch is broken on both sides. We need a surface mounted pair to replace the interior latches (we can't access them). We looked at some latches on your website. Could you recommend a product to try and replace these?

For whatever reason the screens in our new-to-us house have no pulls and I do not see a clear spot for one to be attached. The photo is an example of the bottom right of all our screens. Any suggestions or is this just a style of screen meant to cause the owner problems haha. Thanks ... (cont.)

The bottom part of the drawer was sagging, so I took it apart. I found that these clips were missing but I had two of them. I think maybe the others were loss when I moved from Central Illinois to Wisconsin. The clip is 1 3/8" across, with the small clip 1/4" and the other clip is 3/4" from the c ... (cont.)

I have 2 broken springs, no markings found on any of the hardware. How can I decide on force selection? Can I weigh the window and split it for each balance? Thanks, John

My window coil spring balance is broken in half. Can you tell me what the replacement part number is? I looked through the examples on your website and found a coil that is similar but it does not have the hook on the end needed to lock into the shoe. The window sash is 29x29.
