I pretty sure this from. Anderson windows. Can not find markings on window. Windows are almost 50 years old. Window picture is top and side. The balancers are from ones I replaced before. Thank you Tim

I am attaching a picture with measurements of the pieces as well. I need three of the long pieces and three of the C clips as shown in photos. The bar is approximately 5 3/16" and the c clip is approximately 1 1/4".

Looking for a replacement and wondering if Product Code: 82-244 would work.

The part is attached on the left and right edge of the window to engage the spring loaded balance. It fits the top edge and is held in place by a single screw. it is prone to being broken after years of use and probably abuse

Mounts on the side of opening for plastic drawer to slide on.

I have a "Single Hung window" by IWC (apparently they don't make my windows anymore). Double-paned and tilt. I need the balance channel (pictured above). It measures at 32" long, 1/2" wide, 1/2 deep. In the last picture one can see 32C B.S.I stamped on the channel. Thank you!

I need to replace the locking mechanism on our vinyl windows. I don't know the brand but the clearest number on the sticker is H-LC40-44x77. The locks have face mount keepers and a cam-lock with two screw holes 2 1/16" apart. They are almond in color. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I would like to replace this part (2 units on top upper corners of sash window). On my unit the nubs that stick out from the latches are extremely short and don't stick out more than 1 or 2 mm, so the sash window sometimes falls over with a slight disturbance. I'm not sure how they got this ... (cont.)

Unsure which replacement model for 26 4 LV CMC 7. Not sure of manufactured brand logo appears to be MM for single vertical window.

This rusty channel balance broke on me. I guess I need a cord hook and a new take out clip. You can see the functioning hook and clip still on the other side of the window. Then do I just lube this thing up with some 3 in 1 oil or silicon spray and hope for the best? Thanks for the help. ... (cont.)

This is the top pivot bracket (I think that's the correct term) for my bifold door. the top pivot on the door snaps into the plastic clip. House was built in late 60's, but not sure how old the hardware is. I have several doors and worry that they, too, may break in the near future. Need to find rep ... (cont.)
