The bearing in the centre roller assembly is worn out and make opening the door difficult and it squeals. The brochure I have attached indicates they are 1" rollers. I have some tilt double hung windows that have issues with the balance. The side mount pivot bar snapped between at the screw hole and broke the shoe. Needing a pair of channel balances 18" long not counting plastic guides. Removed window and it weighed 9 lbs. removed window measures 21" wide x 19 3/4" tall
