I have a nuair window that need a set of sash clips and balancers. the number on the balancer is a B 2830. I will attach picture with my sash clip and balancer ends. Window won't stay open. Initially, I could open it to 3 different heights. Now it falls shut. The piece that should hold it open is broken. It is an old window. MI Windiow 3500 single hung series - need track Balance Springs

Need top sash guide 1 1/2" long. Need channel balance 29" long with top 3/4"x1/2" & shoe 1"x1/2"x1". Only markings on balance 28D USB. For use in Florida Extruders Milestone series 1000. Thanks for help.

I am selling my house and need to fix this per buyer's request. I'm not sure what it is or how to find out the proper ones to replace.

We have a few of these types of windows in our homes and they're all missing the balancing springs and the windows will not stay open. Trying to identify the part to fix the window.

Please, where can I find replacement parts? Specifically I need to replace the tilt window balance/shoe that connects to the spring on the left-hand track of my sliding window.

Hello,Unfortunately there is no markings on the windows. The accompanying pictures should give you the size and hole spacing. They appear to be worn on the ends which would figure as serveral have completely rotted off. Please let me know if you have this and the cost per unit as i will need about a ... (cont.)
