I need to replace broken window channel balances from my home which was build in 2003. It is hard to find correct parts for this replacement

Hello. Need to replace this part. Has 24 3 stamped on it. Also when I open the window to the top it rocks inside of the frame. Am I supposed to have some type of clip to connect the balance to the frame? I only have two holes there but no clip.

Hello. I need to replace these channel balances. They are from Atrium windows. The length is 28". I'm thinking your 395 2740 would do the trick, but I'm happy to get your input.

Sorry, no pictures of the part installed. The part is 27 inches long. The part number is 2630. Please note that it has plastic clips riveted into both ends. In the house I rent the windows are old from 1976. They are single pane aluminum. These little clips are broken and I was wondering if these Pan Am clips you have will work in my windows. I have attached 2 pics of the broken one for you to see
