Hello, I have few windows that require the 2530 and 2540 channels. I believe the windows are Silverline (as per neighbor) but I was not able to read any stickers on the window itself since all of them deteriorated. Both channels are 26" x 9/16" x 5/8". Thanks for your inquiry. With your Andersen sash balance stamped with "12#27", our 24-1231 can be used in its place. This piece can be used in both the left and right side of the window. Take a look and let us knwo if any other questions come up.

I looked at 32-325 and 32-324 and I think 32-325 is close.

Not sure which one to choose. My sash says 27 3 Caldwell IM.

Picture is latch on right side, but broken one is the left side. No identifying numbers found.

I am fixing a set of door, this is the runner that they are on, whoever installed this used the wrong runner, the wheels on the doors are that flat ones, I think this is supposed to be used for concave wheel. Recently, our Storm Door handle lock was broken, we think it's because the spring inside is broken or just worn out. So, we need you guys to help us out to figure out the closest lock. New or a part itself. New one is fine. We are keeping the door as it is. Thank you, Milan.
