Hello.. looking to replace my worn out front door seals. I believe they are called kerf seals from doing some research online. I need seals for the top and both sides of the door. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

Have some other parts in my cart. Not certain about which pivot lock shoe this is or if I need a new one. The side mount pivot bar is broke, part of it is in the lock shoe, but can't find this on the website.

Marked "25 4 IO CALDWELL" 1/2" wide and 26" long metal. The pane weighs 23.5 lbs. Can you confirm that the 26" series 385 channel balance (S385-26) is the correct replacement part?

I'm trying to identify this Chanel balance. The metal of the balance is 32" long and it is similar to the SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE I see on your website burn i want to be sure the top attachment and shoe attachment is correct before ordering.

Hello, trying to track down these rollers for a mirror closet door. They pop into place on the bottom and the side tabs locate into holes in the metal closet door. I would need a total of four. The wheels are concave. Thank you

I need roller assemblies for this door. The assembly seems to be attached to the bottom part of the frame in a way that would require me to take off the bottom aluminum frame part of the door before unscrewing the roller assembly. I didn't notice that the plastic tops of my window sash are either missing or mostly busted out until I was installing my new Swisco balances. This prevents the balance from locking into the window.Do you sell those parts? The ones on my window are 15/16 in wide.Any advice on replacing those.Floyd ... (cont.)

I need the name of this part. It's on the top upper portion of the window itself. It catches the top sash cam plastic piece to hold the window up.
