Looking for plastic piece that holds latch bar on Certianteed window.

Assisting a friend. When she closes her sliding glass door from the outside, the locking hardware drops into the locked position; thus preventing her from accessing her house through the sliding door. I believe this is a safety feature . If pressed in and properly functioning the window can be raised. Those that are broken must be "held" in to raise the window. Those that are broken remain sticking out.

Springs disconnected from runner. Window model appears to be 5900. I can faintly see two coils in the white cap.

Can you provide two replacement window balance springs to replace the one shown in the photos? It is marked "25-4 Caldwell J". The pulley mechanism broke on this one and I should probably replace both sides to keep the window balanced.Thank you,David

Attached is a (poor) photo of the muntin bar. It is 3/4" wide by 9/32" thick. I think your 55-182 is the proper clip. Please confirm. The existing plastic clips are so brittle that they crumble when you touch them after 18 years in the FL sun. The windows might be Alcan as your sliding glass door ar ... (cont.)

Hello....I need a sash pivot bar that I can not find on your site. It is 2 1/2" long with one hole 1 1/2" from the end. It is 5/16" wide and 3/16" thick. The metal is shaped like a "U". Do you have something like this? Thanks!

Hello, Is the subject info. enough for you to identify the correct replacement part? The channel is 1/2" x 1/2" and is 24" long. The shoe is approximately 1 1/16" deep. The shoe and upper plastic piece are both winged. Thank You Very Much, John
