I have a customer needs ten (10) pieces of Window Balance 5240. Measurements: length 52" Using digital caliper: height .615"; outside rail .599", inside rail .529" Please find attached pictures of the ends. The other side does not have roller/broken.

Has CMECH stamped on inside.

Hi. These are pictures of drawer guides for a JC Penny dresser purchased in 2014. The drawers have a center glide. I think these guides go on that glide somehow. They are plastic and they broke. This house was built in the 1960's and I need to find new rollers. Do you have what I need? I guess I need a front-door roller and a back-door roller.

Have a large window with two side load springs with the only marking being 2640x27.on one of them. Evidently someone replaced one of them at some time because they are not exactly alike. I want to order a pair. What do i order. Photos attached

I am looking for the plastic clip as shown in the photos for upper tilt window tube balance. The above plastic connects to a 5/8" tilt tube balance. The bottom of the half of the window tilt tube balance is connected to a clip very similar to your series 600 pivot clip.

This ancient storm window is 3/8" thick outside width. The spline is so old & stiff I won't be able to reuse it. Which part would you recommend to replace the spline? Thanks!

I am looking for a latch assembly for a sliding door. It is a double latch lock. Not 100% what the manufacturer of the door is but on the handle it says JW. I have a spiral balance that has a white plastic housing that measures 28 inches in length and 3/8inches round. The spiral completely extended adds another 28 inches to the length. Hi, I was folding my bathroom window inward and the plastic part above (which is inside the mounting frame) broke. It's approximately 3 inches long. I believe the window is a Permaseal 1450 series. Any idea where I can get a replacement plastic part? Thanks, -Gary
