This balancer came out of double hung aluminum window. The only markings on the back is the work "Japan" and the numbers "15". The unit is 15" long and is 9/16 X 9/16 along with a 5-1/2 spring.Thanks,Frank

This is the foot that goes into the shoe on the top window of the double hung window.

Dear friends, I am trying to replace all the sash parts pertaining to a 53" wide x 50 5/8 tall PGT vinyl window i have installed in my office (drywall inside, stucco on block outside). The latch is used on right hand side. Measurements are: between mounting holes, 3"; overall length, 4", width without latch mechanism, 7/8", width including latch, 1 1/32".
