handle on my cordless blind broke. Need replacement. Is that possible?

My single hung dble Payne windows are hard to put up. In checking the windows, I see my balances are under preassure and working as they shoot up when u try to raise the window. I have deduced my issue is the windo guides that seem to not catch the balance and keep them where the should stay when ra ... (cont.)

The handle you see can be pulled off and moved to other side. It does still operate the multi latches but the one just above the handle (see photo) does not move. The lock does not move the latches at all when turned. Not sure if the entire thing needs to be replaced or what. Thanks. ... (cont.)
