Only markings appear to read 20 5 DN Caldwell.The length appears to be 21 inches and 1/2 wide. Looking for 2 replacement balances.

I need to replace these window balances. The ID on the balance is 25 9 34# IM Caldwell. It measures, from the tip of the plastic - 26 3/4". Any help is greatly appreciated.

I saw on your web site someone else had the same issue. Crestline window were used in my home when it was built in 1995. I have include pictures of the operating assembly. If need anything else please let me know. Hope you can help

I have Norco casements from 1986 with "Truth" brand cranks. When I open the windows the arm with the round plastic wheel drops out as soon as it reaches the slot where you can release it. Do you have replacements or fixes? I have pics but it wont load to this site.

I need a patio door mortise lock. The screw holes are 3-5/8" apart, and the mortise is 3-1/8" x 1/2". Your #82-218 looks like it might work, but I'm just not sure.
