I have HARCAR windows in my home. I have some windows with the channel balances hanging out below the bottom of the window. Is there a way to put the channel balance back in place so we can get both sides to lock. Thanks for any info you can give e me. Armond

I have a slimfold door and need to replace Bifold door pivot (21-001 and the spring loaded pivots 21-007. Do these parts come with the springs and pin caps, or must I order them separately? BTW, Your video is very helpful.

I am in the process of replacing a balance stamped 2306 that is 24" long. I also weighed the sash and it weighed 23.3 lbs. S380-24 looks like the right one as both top and bottom guides are winged.

I have been searching for several days for this part with out any luck. Any help would be great. Dave
