Part number on operator 20755 does 39-031 replace it

I need to replace channel balances in my Norandex windows. I am not currently available to look at the balances but I do have all the original model numbers. Would you be able to determine what I need from window model numbers?

Not sure what it is called... But, my tilting double hung windows have a pin that serves as the pivot point that has rusted away. It screws into the wood frame of the window and fits into a hole in the plastic shuttle in the spring loaded mechanism on each side. Is this something you carry? ... (cont.)
