I have 2 Crestline casement windows that are about 30 years old. After all these years the window cranks on the right hand side of both of these windows have worn out and are now stripped and no longer work. The part number is 4-480-075. These numbers and letters are on a casement window opener. The window came lose from the top when opening and fell outward bending the bottom brackets. I am not sure if the tojp needs replacing. Thanks

Spiral tilt window balancers are shot. At the top of the tube is an inside insert that was held in place by the open metal rivet where the end of the spiral slips into. This was made of plastic. Do your units have a metal collar, or a plastic collar? 28-3/4 length (29" replacement); 3/8" ... (cont.)

I am replacing these balancers on a project. The only number stamped is 0 5 27 (see photos). I have not been able to line up any balancers on your web page to this balancer.
