23 4 JQ Caldwell is written on the bar. The pictured photo is a functional part, however the other side's string/spring broke and so I need to replace just one of the balance bars.

I am a contractor. I believe the windows are Hillman 400 series, Not sure about the name. Can barley make it out the 400 series is clear to read. The dimentions are 1/2" thick X 1-1/4" wide X 2-1/2" lenght. I did see a pivot-lock o0n your wedsite 15-888 but the length is only 2-1/8" ... (cont.)

Hi! Your company (Sachalee at Swisco) helped me fix one of my old Anderson windows recently. I have a second one that broke; this one has "S28" and "9 88" and "1027" stamped on it. See pictures.
