I have a few windows where one of the pins that fit in one of the bottom corners of my tilt in windows is missing which does not allow the window to tilt in properly. These pins sit in a retractable channel bracket on the side of the window. can these be replaced?

I dont know the manufacturer of this window, but it is a three lite center slide window. The two "fixed" lites actually do lift up and out with the removal of the two vinyl stops at the jamb side.

I have to replace the spiral balance and pivot locks on my single hung tilt windows. Beside these parts, it appears I am missing something from my window itself.
