The top guide wheel is not able to stay up seem to be missing an nylinder and bottom guide wheel is Bent Ned a replacement part Steel Full-Vu Door Leigh Products, Inc.

Our medal slots that screw to the window itself broke off and the window just falls down, We put a tile in to hold the window open.
