Basically the windows at this place have a bow in the bottom of frame causing the windows to not be able to lock. All I'm trying to find is a lock and keeper system that the keeper is about 3/4 tall. Hi, I am trying to replace a broken window coil balance spring (see attached images). From the broken pieces, I believe I am looking for an 8 lb spring. Could you help me identify the spring needed? thank you

The coils of the coil balancer are broken in multiple windows. 1 window measures ~17" tall for the sash (1/2 of the window) and 2 other windows that measure ~31" for the sash. The part number on the window looks like 8254. The part number on the inside of the window is 19hd. I can't find these parts at any local window dealers in the area. They all claim that they have never seen anything like that. Please help me locate these parts.
