Looking for replacement channel balance for a non tilt window. Pictures are attached. There is a stamp marking (2810) on the channel. Please advise of the part number and if you have these in stock for ordering.

How do I measure for the size

Double hung, the rod/shock looking device that is responsible for hold the window up when opened. To add tension you take a special tool (which I have) and turn clockwise to add tension. I am looking for the replacement part. Can you help or point me in the right direction?

I need some window balances the number stamped on them is #19202 they are aluminum sashes and for cleaning there are hindges on the left side and they open like a cabinet door ! thanks steve

Measure the metal part which is 32 5/8" and the mark on the metal bar is 34 4 BS PB. So which one I should order and I need 2- one for the left and one for the right side of the window. Thank you for your time on this matter. Linda

I need the part number for the channel balances I just removed. The numbers on the balances are 34 4 IS Caldwell. The sides are hemmed. I've attached several photo's.

We have AAMA/ANSI 101-85 600/650 series Windows. We need new lock hardware for three of them. The stationary part is 11/16 or 3/4 ? long from outside to outside and the Pivot Part is an 1 1/2 from outside to outside. Do you have anything this small?

I have balances that just say 26 4 GK Caldwell. They measure 28" from the end of the plastic ends. Thank you.

Could you help me find the right balance for Milgard window. The numbers on the current one says 24-4-10 - I want to replace both of them just in case. One of them seems to have come loose and falls down when you open the window. Then the window is off center and is hard to close. ... (cont.)
