Hello! I have an Anderson window that has broken left and right balances. I tried to look them up on the website but didn't have any luck. There is a 7#27 on the balance. Do you have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!

Looking to replace for a single hung window - MI Windows, 4300 Series. Looks to be a Quicktilt 12 pound tandem (two coil). Not sure if I can replace just the springs or the shoe/slider, whatever is easier. The coils snapped and the shoe/slider seems okay.
