I'm having difficulty identifying the hardware brand. The roto latch broke, and the keyed entry side of the hardware just spins. Will the roto multi-point mortise latch lever you sell work with this?

What screws do I need for the above handle

I have double hung Anderson windows, bottom glass measure 24 7/16 by 23 15/16. I do not see a 3 or 4 digit part number. Only numbers visble are D83-7127-333 and 11600-17

There are no markings that I can see. The windows are 48 years old and I THINK they are Pella but not sure. I need 1 left open and 2 right open. I also need 3 window cranks ..... gold/ copper not white. thank you

This part is broken on a couple of our pella windows, it is the sash side of the window and seems to be where the 2640 Type 51 Balance catches. They are screwed and glued in place.

Bottom pivot lock broke. Haven't removed from track yet as there are no cut-outs. The only markings I can see are on the top lock/spring is "6R". Pictures attached are top/bottom of assembly and picture of broken lock pivot. Any help for replacement and parts would be helpful. Thanks in advance. ... (cont.)
