Pics show emboss on latch as mfg. (EPI?)Apparently out of business in 2010. My house built in '93. Width is 1/2", length is 26 1/16" metal and 27 1/16" plastic end to plastic end. Aluminum is stamped w/ #2540. Hopefully one of your replacement parts will work for me ?

Markings on the hinge assembly are: "Pry under here" "74" Markings on the "control arm" "Wright"

Hello - i'm trying to replace this casement window operator. Can you tell the make and replacement from these pictures? There's no writing on model number visable. The windows are original and the home was built in the mid-80's.

Attempting to clean our windows has gone terribly wrong! One of the pivot shoe plastic pieces has cracked on one side, and it appear the tensioner on the other side does not work. Can you help me identify the parts needed, and provide light instructions on how to replace them?
