seen other just like this al1 5500/5700 cant just take door off in july. two wheel roller top screw removes it.

these are on a cheep window in a Wayne home built in the late 90's

Hi, I need to find 2 of these pins for my window. Apparently our windows were put in by the now defunct Penguin Windows. The windows are vinyl, double hung, sash windows. Need parts for a slider door

The part has "Truth 30744" on it. It has a round part that goes in the slider, while the recommended parts on your website have either a square or rectangular part. Can you tell me which arm set would replace the one in the picture?
