This looks like my window lock. My casement windows were made by Shuco. My lock does have R 7 on the lock lever.

good day. Having trouble finding the existing crank I have. The reason I'm replacing is because having the window open the wind moves the window back and forth rather then the window keeping still. I'm thinking the pin has worn down. Also is there such thing as a crank extension ? My existing crank ... (cont.)

Hello - I am trying to identify the manufacturer, model number and color name for my casement window operators. At a minimum, I want to replace the crank handles with butterfly/T style handles. I might also want to replace the operators with white ones. Thank you!

I found a replacement for a vent latch (26-122) because it had patent #s on it & a google search led me to your site. The lock and keeper do not have any markings at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We build a new house through a contractor somebody must have removed the opener of the window and we need to replace it. It is a casement window.

I am looking for a replacement part that holds the lock cylinder on an Anderson sliding glass door. One of the screws is stripped out causing the lock to bind up intermittently.
